You may return your jewellery within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included
  • The item must not show signs of wear or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their customized nature:

  • Engraved jewellery
  • Custom-made or personalized pieces
  • Special order designs

These items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, metal type, or design, we are happy to assist.

You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Price differences may apply depending on the new item selected.

Secure Return Shipping

For your protection, we recommend returning jewellery using a trackable and insured shipping service. Bridal Diamonds is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
